How it works
How It Works
1. Step into a Realistic Courtroom
Experience authentic legal scenarios, crafted for the property sector. Choose the format that suits you—face-to-face or virtual.
Our in-person cases are conducted at our dedicated three-room litigation suite, located within our premises at Old Buildings, in the heart of the oldest part of Lincoln’s Inn. The suite features a fully equipped mock courtroom and a private room for each side, providing a highly realistic environment for your training.
2. Choose your Challenge
Select from a curated menu of property disputes, ranging from landlord-tenant issues to complex title matters.
If you have a particular area of concern or a unique training need, we can create a bespoke legal scenario tailored specifically to your requirements. This ensures your team can practise and prepare for the precise challenges you face in your practice.
3. Select your Opponent
You may choose to compete with colleagues from your own firm, or challenge participants from another firm.
If you wish to nominate a specific opponent, please enter their details in the “Suggested Opponent” box on the registration form.
4. Review, Reflect and Improve
Receive personalised feedback from experienced legal professionals. Identify strengths and areas for growth, ensuring continuous professional development.
